Pierre Manages the Capital That Fuels the Build

At OSS Ventures, Pierre is Partner in charge of investment. He manages the full lifecycle of the fund, from deploying capital into new ventures to structuring exits and returning value to investors. He defines investment strategy, structures each deal according to the company’s reality, and ensures OSS maintains meaningful ownership over time. He also supports founders on financial matters, helping them anticipate fundraising, dilution, and capital allocation decisions before they become critical.

Track Record

Pierre has led six investments at OSS and works closely with portfolio companies on financial strategy when needed. He supports founders in preparing fundraising rounds, validating financial plans, adjusting projections, and navigating investor discussions. He ensures growth plans are financially realistic and that valuation progression reflects real operational progress.

Before OSS, Pierre was first a software engineer and then a startup CTO, giving him firsthand experience of building companies from inside the engine room. He later became a Partner at SGH Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early- and mid-stage disruptive companies across the US and EMEA. There, he led more than 20 investments and built the infrastructure to manage a portfolio of 140 companies from pre-seed through IPO.

He brings both operator credibility and investor discipline to OSS, combining technical understanding with capital strategy.
