OUR THesis

"We build and invest in technological companies pivoting our production model to a desirable one."

OSS was created in 2019 with a simple belief: the world is entering a period of transformation as radical as the one that reshaped society during the Industrial Revolution. Between climate pressure, technological acceleration, and geopolitical shifts, our productive model will be reinvented—and its direction is not predetermined. A small number of committed technologists can meaningfully influence its outcome.
OSS exists to accelerate this pivot toward a desirable future. We are a venture builder and investor supporting those who reshape industry with intention. Our communication is open to all, with one counterpart: alignment. Our routines and principles ensure discipline, clarity, and craft—always grounded in truth, always oriented toward impact.

Our Pillars

Together these four pillars form the operating system that powers how OSS creates, grows, and delivers value across the entire ecosystem.

Build

Product leads the way. We create the right product for the market and its value-creation model, supported by our product, tech, and design teams who work hands-on with founders.

network

Our networker team is the centerpiece of the ecosystem, connecting startups, manufacturers, and partners, and dedicating its effort to maintaining and forging high-value relationships.

scale

We don’t just create startups; we invest in them. OSS operates the fund, driving scale through capital, growth, and global expansion

transform

The transformation team owns partner success. They represent the partners’ voice inside OSS and ensure our work translates into tangible, measurable value for them.

Our Values

Values is how we behave and what we believe in. When in doubt about a situation, we use those as guidelines on what to do.

trusting team excellence

Trust is the foundation. With our ecosystem, our founders, each other. We do what we say. We act as one team, not talented individuals. We give honest feedback and expect excellence in return.
Top 5% fund performance. Trade-off? We might come across as pushy. We're okay with that.

fail learn succeed

We embrace failure as growth. Non-obvious bets, honest feedback, constant learning. We never settle.
30% impairment. 40% founder turnover. High-risk culture by design. We succeed a lot—because we learn fast.

we eat what we kill

Skin in the game. We eat last, hate asymmetry, and only reward results—not busywork.
We win when our companies sell. Founders get real equity. The team shares upside. No room for high-certainty seekers.

compound the system

The system is the star. Few people, disproportionate impact. We automate everything, fire ourselves from low-value work, and only hire when unavoidable. Data first. AI first. Shared systems over individual ownership. Ego takes a backseat.

build something the world needs

We’re Builders, not talkers. We define new standards, not follow existing ones. We want impact we're proud of—on portfolio, products, and the world. 100K+ people use what we've built. Financial reward follows impact.

think and do it quick

Speed wins. We hate analysis paralysis—thinking that blocks doing. Good decisions made fast beat perfect decisions made late.
We value thinkers who do and doers who think. Same person, not separate roles. Think fast, test faster, deliver excellently.
Our companies hit 1M ARR by year two. Trade-off? We might move so fast we look like fools. We're okay with that.
