Track Record

Maroussia has supported eight ventures, including MyC, Flowlity, Oplit, Bonx, Fabriq, Relief, Yoshu and Cognyx. Her involvement starts early and often before the team is fully formed. She ensures that critical hires are made at the right time and that organizational design matches the company’s stage.

Inside the portfolio, she works hands-on with founders from day zero to build high-performance teams. She structures roles, clarifies accountability, and sets clear performance and compensation frameworks. When leadership gaps, misalignment or execution blockers appear, she addresses them directly. Her objective is simple: founders stay focused on product, customers and growth because the team is solid.

Before OSS, Maroussia built her expertise across executive search, tech and high-growth environments, leading senior and technical hiring in international contexts. She has managed Talent and People functions with teams of up to 30 people, supporting the structuring of fast-scaling organizations. Her background spans recruitment, organizational design and leadership in demanding performance-driven environments such as Microsoft, Google and The Adecco Group.
