Ksenya is a Revenue Manager at OSS Ventures, where she builds go-to-market strategies and systems from scratch for the studio’s startups, with a clear objective: getting them to €500k in ARR as fast as possible. Her role blends strategy and execution—acting as a sparring partner to CEOs, defining the right GTM approach, setting up processes and the tech stack, and hiring the first revenue team members. This role is highly specific and rarely exists outside of startup studios.

At OSS, her mission is not only to design GTM systems for each startup, but also to build and continuously improve the meta-system that enables those GTM systems to be created efficiently. In that sense, OSS operates like a factory for building companies, and she acts as the process engineer of the go-to-market production line. Her work is fully bespoke. Each startup, market, and founder comes with unique challenges, so there is no copy-paste playbook. From addressing highly sensitive health, compliance, and data-privacy issues with MyC, to helping industrial SME leaders secure and accelerate their quoting processes with Relief, she adapts the system to the reality on the ground.

A key part of her role is also human and psychological: understanding each founder’s strengths, blind spots, and working style in order to build an effective, high-performance partnership. Her strengths lie in combining deep curiosity with the ability to quickly turn ideas into concrete action. Empathy and strong human intuition allow her to read founders accurately, enter their mental models, and calibrate the level of challenge without damaging trust. She thrives in complex or “broken” situations, bringing a solution-oriented, structured, and data-informed approach. Her energy, positivity, and appetite for risk mean she does not shy away from difficult conversations, while still keeping teams engaged in the process. She works hard, learns fast, and is deeply aligned with OSS’s core belief: helping founders grow as much as their businesses.
