Guillaume Builds the Systems That Run
At OSS Ventures, Guillaume designs and builds industrial software from zero. He turns strategic bets into reliable, scalable systems, with a clear focus on automation, clarity, and execution. His standard is simple: every line of code must serve the operator using it. No unnecessary complexity, no ornamental features, just software that works in real conditions.
Track Record
Guillaume has led the engineering of 14 ventures, including Bonx, Cognyx, Yoshu, Relief, Vela, and Parsio. In each case, he built the technical foundations from scratch, structuring architecture, setting engineering standards, and shipping production-ready systems. Different markets, different founders, different constraints. The same expectation: robust software that can scale.
Inside the portfolio, he works directly with founders to translate messy operational problems into clear technical solutions. He replaces manual workflows with structured automation and designs systems that fit how people actually work. His contribution is not only technical depth, but judgment about what should and should not be built. The result is software that performs under pressure and earns trust from its users.
Before OSS, Guillaume built a SaaS product for a marketing company, owning architecture and delivery end to end. He then joined the studio as its first technical hire and spent more than five years helping launch and structure ventures from scratch. He laid the technical groundwork, defined engineering practices, and turned early ideas into stable, production systems.
