Since her arrival, Geneviève has supported all startups created at the end of 2025 and since the beginning of 2026. She works across the portfolio, connecting founders to the right internal experts and ensuring support is delivered with consistency and intensity. Her impact is not tied to a single startup but to the operating quality of all of them. As the number of ventures grows, she streamlines OSS operations so high standards do not dilute. The result is a studio that scales without lowering the bar.

Inside the portfolio, she continuously improves how OSS collaborates with founders. She challenges processes, clarifies responsibilities, and removes friction in the build. Her contribution increases the practical value founders receive, not in theory but in day-to-day execution.

Before OSS, Geneviève was Director of Operations at Greenly, where she operated at the intersection of structure and growth. Earlier in her career, she worked across sales, strategy operations, product, and go-to-market at Google, and started in data analysis at 55. She brings analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of scale to the studio’s backbone.
