At OSS Ventures, Elise is Lead Designer. She leads end-to-end product design across the portfolio, from project definition to delivery. Her work starts with user interviews and workflow observation, grounding every decision in how people actually operate. She ensures users are involved at every stage of the build.

Track Record

Across the portfolio, Elise structures discovery phases, runs user interviews, and observes workflows directly in operational environments. She translates what she sees into product flows that respect existing constraints while improving clarity and efficiency. Her contribution ensures that products are not only functional, but intuitive in real working conditions.

Before OSS, Elise built her expertise in service design. She worked as a UX designer in design agencies for large companies and in the public sector at the Lyon Metropolis and the General Commission for Territorial Equality. These experiences gave her exposure to complex systems, institutional constraints, and large-scale stakeholder environments. She brings that structured design approach into industrial software, ensuring products remain usable even in demanding contexts.
