Baptiste Builds Where Industry Meets Software
At OSS Ventures, Baptiste is an Entrepreneur in Residence. He works from the first raw idea to a product deployed with two to three industrial clients and ready to scale. His role sits at the intersection of factories, software, and execution. He stays close to real operations to ensure that what is built can survive the field.
He operates in the 0-to-1 phase, where conviction meets industrial reality.
Track Record
Baptiste has contributed to more than 15 ventures at OSS, working at the earliest and most uncertain stages of company creation. His focus is on validating operational problems in real environments and structuring the first deployments that prove the model. Inside the portfolio, he turns inefficiencies and performance gaps into pragmatic products, spending time in factories to ensure technology fits the job instead of disrupting it.
Before OSS, he built a foundation in strategy, transformation, and operational environments. He worked as a Strategy Intern at SCOR and in strategy and transformation at GFP Gestion, later NoveoCare. At Yellow Relay, a company offering digital tools for SME supply chain management, he contributed to the transition toward a SaaS model, created communication channels generating more than 800 leads per month, and implemented a strategic decision-support tool. Earlier, at D2R Conseil, he supported investment firms in managing regulatory risk and internal controls.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po, bringing analytical discipline and structured thinking to the ventures he helps build.
