Arthur Runs the Funds Behind the Studio

Arthur is Fund Operations Manager at OSS Ventures. He works alongside studio founders on financing strategy and fundraising, from financials and valuation to investor materials, and connects them with the VC ecosystem he manages for OSS. He supports OSS’s own fundraising and LP relations, and drives the portfolio valuation policy and quarterly NAV with the investment team. He also runs fund operations across the French and US vehicles, from deal execution and capital calls to audit and LP reporting.

Track Record

Before OSS, Arthur spent four years at Elaia, a Paris VC firm investing in digital and life sciences startups. He started as a Finance Analyst, assessing Seed and Pre-seed opportunities, sitting on investment and follow-on committees, and tracking founders’ KPIs. As Senior Financial Analyst, he ran fund performance analysis and portfolio valuations, prepared materials for investment and valuation committees, delivered financial and ESG reporting to LPs, and was the main link between the investment team, auditors and investors. He began his career at Odyssée Venture, where he worked on fund monitoring, valuation, transactions and investor reporting.
