He leads project execution alongside tech, product, and design experts to transform early conviction into something real and operational.

Track Record

Adrien has led the creation of ventures such as CompoundX and SalesX. In each case, the mandate was clear: validate fast, deploy with real clients, and prove the business model before scale. His focus stays on disciplined execution at the earliest and riskiest stage.

Inside the portfolio, his primary objective is to create new ventures and add them to OSS. He works to maximize value creation from day one, ensuring each project is structured for impact and long-term potential. His contribution is concentrated at the birth of the company, where speed, clarity, and alignment determine whether the idea survives.

Before OSS, Adrien was a two-time impact entrepreneur. He bootstrapped his first venture as a student and grew it to over €1M in turnover before selling it after 2.5 years. He then built a VC-backed company, raised €12M, scaled to more than 45 employees with offices in Brazil and France, and exited. He brings that founder experience into every new venture he helps launch.
