What is the long-term vision behind OSS Ventures?

Here is OSS' plan for the future

Core Vision

OSS exists to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable, loveable production models—a world where physical production of goods and services enables positive environmental and social change rather than degrades it.

Market Reality

The Industry 4.0 software market stands at €115B today and grows to €350B by 2030. Twenty percent of that value gets captured by new players. That means 300 potential unicorns. OSS co-founds the companies that win those markets.

Proven Foundation (2019-2023)

OSS built a repeatable model: a team of operations transformation experts who create companies with proven market fit and economics that beat traditional funds by an order of magnitude. The studio developed hard-to-replicate assets—technological and commercial—and established brand recognition in France as the first market.

2023-2027 Trajectory

The studio expands into Europe and the US. OSS companies deploy across 30,000 industrial sites—a 30x increase from the current 1,000. The business model around transition, startup creation, and investment becomes fully repeatable.

Execution Method

OSS partners with 600+ manufacturing companies to build the factory stack for the next generation. These partnerships validate demand, pressure-test products in real factory conditions, and provide early revenue before traditional VCs would even consider investing. The studio doesn't

theorize about manufacturing—it operates inside factories where procurement cycles, legacy systems, and operator realities determine what actually works.

Strategic Priorities

Target ventures that are core to factory operations, not peripheral improvements. Internationalize the proven model to the US. Build partner channels and strategies to reach €100M in portfolio sales. Execute the Renaissance fund.

The vision doesn't rely on market timing or luck. It's grounded in the operational expertise required to build software that survives contact with industrial reality.
