Quentin Sets the Technical Standard

At OSS Ventures, Quentin is Partner and CTO. He supports startups across all their technical challenges, working with his team to put startup CTOs in the best possible conditions to build strong products. His role is not to replace them, but to raise the standard around them. He advises ventures inside and outside the studio, adapting his involvement to their stage, from early architecture decisions to strategic and managerial tech topics.

He iterates constantly across products, revisiting decisions and integrating new technologies when they materially change the outcome. By working directly with industrial partners in their factories, he ensures products are designed from real operational constraints, not assumptions. Successes and failures alike are captured and reused to strengthen how OSS builds over time.

Track Record

Quentin has contributed to the creation of more than 30 companies and served as CTO across multiple ventures. He brings deep technical judgment and a transversal view shaped by years of working across the entire OSS portfolio. This perspective allows him to identify patterns early, challenge decisions clearly, and help founders make trade-offs that hold under industrial and organizational pressure.

Before OSS, Quentin spent ten years at L’Oréal, including five years in Latin America, where he developed experience in execution at scale. After a decade in a large international group, he chose to apply that discipline inside early-stage environments. Six years later, having helped launch more than 25 startups, he has been directly involved in building companies from their earliest technical foundations.
