Lucas Turns Validation Into Code

At OSS Ventures, Lucas is part of the Builder team as a software developer in alternance while pursuing a Master’s degree in web development. He works closely with product and design to take web applications from zero to one. His role is execution-focused: write the code, iterate quickly, and ship products that respond directly to founder and client needs inside the studio.

He operates where ideas must become usable software without delay.

Track Record

Lucas has contributed to ventures including Relief, Parsio, and Vela. In each case, he helped transform validated product hypotheses into working MVPs ready to be tested with real users. His involvement strengthens the earliest technical layer of a startup before it has its own full engineering team.

Inside the portfolio, he provides early-stage technical capacity, allowing founders to move from concept to product in record time. By collaborating tightly with designers and product managers, he helps compress the ideation-to-deployment cycle. The objective is simple: put something real in users’ hands as fast as possible, without sacrificing reliability.

Before OSS, Lucas worked at Seedext, an AI startup, where he gained hands-on experience in applied AI product development. He combines academic training with practical execution, building products in environments where speed and learning matter.
