At OSS Ventures, Juliette is Head of Delivery. She leads digital and AI transformations with our preferred industrial partners, helping them move toward a stronger operational system model. Her role sits at the intersection of consulting and execution. She meets manufacturers on the ground, diagnoses factories ready for change, and leads the deployment of OSS startups’ solutions on site.
She operates where rising production costs, competitive pressure, and operational complexity demand structural change. Her responsibility is to make sure transformation is not theoretical, but embedded in daily operations.
Track Record
Juliette leads multi-site transformations that typically run over six to twelve months. She orchestrates three-way collaborations between client operational teams, OSS startups, and the studio itself. In one assignment, she deployed five digital solutions, ranging from AI-assisted production scheduling to skills management, training programs, and digital performance systems.
Her work goes beyond deployment. She ensures use cases are aligned with real needs on the shop floor and that early proofs of value translate into measurable operational and financial impact. The inflection point often comes when a transformation stops being a “project” and becomes the new way the business runs.
