Jean-Philippe Lorinquer

"I’m driven by a deep commitment to helping transform our production model so that industrial output no longer comes at the expense of nature or the dignity and social conditions of the people working in factories."

Jean-Philippe Lorinquer

JP Stays Where Industry Actually Happens

At OSS Ventures, Jean-Philippe builds and maintains high-value relationships with industrial leaders. He spends most of his time inside factories, working directly with operations teams to understand constraints, bottlenecks, and tensions on the ground. His role is anchored in the field, where strategy meets machines, shifts, and production targets. He ensures OSS stays connected to real industrial reality, not abstract assumptions.

Track Record

Jean-Philippe has led roughly 30 go-to-market motions, covering almost every project created at OSS Ventures. Each launch required navigating complex industrial buying cycles, aligning multiple stakeholders, and translating operational pain into structured commercial traction. The common thread is disciplined execution in environments where credibility must be earned.

Inside the portfolio, he works closely with founders to ground ambition in firsthand industrial insight. Having visited more than 150 factories, he brings operational context, trust, and perspective into every venture. He helps founders shape solutions that respect both production constraints and the people running the lines. His involvement ensures that competitiveness is strengthened without compromising human or environmental dignity.

Before OSS, JP served as Chief Revenue Officer of a Series F startup backed by General Atlantic, driving 36× revenue growth over two years within his scope. He was also CRO of a Series A startup, achieving 9× revenue growth in one year. Earlier in his career, he led a Hewlett-Packard business unit as General Manager and, as an individual contributor, signed multiple contracts exceeding 100M€.
