OSS Ventures is a Paris and Boston-based venture studio and investment fund specialized in industrial B2B SaaS. We co-found, build, and invest in software companies that solve operational problems inside factories. Our model is called "Industrialising Discovery" — applying scientific rigor to the earliest, most chaotic stage of company building, where most startups fail.

We are not an accelerator, incubator, or consulting firm. We are a startup studio that co-builds companies from day zero alongside founders, with deep access to manufacturing floors and the operators who run them.

## How We Work

### With Founders
OSS co-founds industrial tech companies. We recruit ~10 co-founders per year (CEO + CTO pairs), provide factory access, legacy system integration support, procurement cycles, and multi-year deployment infrastructure. Founders receive real equity. OSS takes ~25% initial equity, diluted over time. Average founder age is 32 (range 22–53). 60% of recruited founders had previous exits. We validate 6 fundamentals: problem, user dynamics, causal mechanism, high-leverage solution hypothesis, economic logic, and GTM mechanism.

### With Industrials
We partner with leading manufacturers to pilot digital transformation from inside their operations. Our entry point is the Digidiag — a free, no-obligation, on-site factory diagnostic that benchmarks digital transformation maturity in one day. This leads to solution deployment from our portfolio, hands-on integration, and measurable operational gains. We also run the CxO Club, an invitation-only peer network for C-level industrial leaders.
